Conditions of Sale

All books are subject to prior sale. Florida residents please add 7% sales tax. Institutions will be billed to meet their requirements at their request.  Any item may be returned for any reason within ten days of receipt, for a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping Domestic Shipping and handling charges are $4.00 with USPS media rate shipping or $9.00 with USPS Priority Mail. Add $1 per volume for each additional book(s). International orders are shipped via the least expensive means of airmail that may be used for the book(s) ordered (usually, USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope, for a fee of $13.00), unless otherwise requested. Overweight or atypically sized books may require an additional shipping charge.
