Two volumes. Octavo, original mottled calf, calf labels, double columns, [iv ads], vi, [ii], 489 pp + 510, [ii ads] pp. Cooper produced his Dictionary with no assistance. It represents an immense amount of surgical information, and for the thirty year period before 1838, it was the textbook of every surgical student. Good, bearing the old bookplate of a university library; the front joint of each volume has been professionally repaired, moderate foxing; still a handsome set.
